Day 2 – the gym makes me hungry

Drank my shakeology, veggies for lunch, protein bar, fish for dinner.
Went to Zumba – love the music – but hate the way I feel like a fish out of water – soooo uncoordinated, and not rhythmic. Anyway – whoowee! the gym makes me hungry – after dinner I had pb & rice cakes and lots of trail mix.
